Roasted Parmesan Leeks

Rosted Parmesan Leeks

Ingredients:

Leeks
Grated Parmesan
Olive Oil (or avocado oil for higher smoke point)
Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder
Optional: red pepper flakes

Directions:

1. Trim leeks, cutting them in half, length wise. Cleansing and drying thoroughly.

2. Arrange them on a baking pan and drizzle generously with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

3. Bake at 425F for 20 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with parmesan. Continue to bake for another 10 minutes.
