Miso Cod
Ingredients:
Cod filet – I have also used Salmon
Miso paste – equal part with brown sugar
Brown Sugar – equal part with miso paste
Sesame Oil – dash
Mirin – about half portion of brown sugar
Directions:
Pat dry fillet, coat with seasoning. Marinate for 30 min to 1 hour.
Bake at 375F for 8-10 minutes.
