This is not even considered a recipe but I am just writing this down for myself. I can’t believe it took me this long to make this after growing up eating this (but usually as a whole fish).

Chinese Steamed Fish
Ingredients
Cod – 4-6 oz fillet (for me, this is a good portion for one person)
Scallion – 1, chopped
Ginger – thin slices
Soy Sauce
Canola Oil
Directions:
Place cod in a bowl, steam for 5 minutes or so (watch closely and do not overcook, stick a knife in it to make sure it’s cooked). When done, top with scallion, ginger and soy sauce. Heat up a generous amount of oil in a pan and pour over the fish to finish it off.
