Crispy Cod

Ingredients:
Cod filet – I have also used Salmon
Panko and Grated Parmesan – equal parts
Butter – melted (use as liquid for binding)
Optional: chopped nuts

Directions:

Melt butter. Mix in panko, parmesan and chopped nuts. Coat fish in mixture.

Bake at 425F for 18 minutes.
