Dad’s Recipe egg – 1 sugar – 2.5 to 3 teaspoon milk 1. Mix egg with sugar, beat lightly and be careful not to create any bubbles. 2. Add milk to top of the bowl. Cover and steam for 8 minutes.

This is my Italian friend’s family recipe. I have had the finished product (super delicious) and can’t wait to try the recipe myself! One of the tricks is to use Savioardi Cookies instead of ladyfingers that a lot of generic recipes call for. You can find this at Italian specialty shops.
