Black Bean Rice

Good way to switch up protein intake!

Black Bean Rice

Ingredients:
Black Beans – 1/3 cup, soak overnight
White/Brown Rice – 1/2 cup
Quinoa – 1/3 cup

Directions:

Wash and soak black beans overnight.

In a rice cooker, put in the soaked beans, rice and quinoa. Put water line to 1.5 cups.

Optional: add butter/cheese/olive oil to serve.
