Baked Zucchini

Baked Zucchini

Ingredients:
Zucchini
Avocado Oil (avocado oil works well with the high burn point but olive oil also works)
garlic powder, oregano, grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper (salt at the end or else the zucchini will get soggy)

Directions:
Cut zuchinni into strips (cut whole zuchinni horizontally into thirds, cut circular part in half, then each into 2-3 strips), lay on baking sheet with space in between.

Bake at 425F for 10-15 minutes, flip over and sprinkle on parmesan cheese.

Broil for another 5 minutes.

Let cool, then season with salt and pepper before serving.
